7 or 8 fresh peaches
(about 5 cups)
1/4-1/2 c sugar, to taste
1/2 t vanilla
2 c sweetened whipped cream
1 9-inch baked pie shell

1. Peal and chop peaches.
2. Combine peaches and sugar; stir gently to mix. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Fold vanilla into whipped cream.
4. Just before serving, spoon slized peaches into pie shell and spoon whipped cream over peaches.
