8-9 fresh peaches
1 c sugar
1 c water
1/2 c peach schnapps
2 c heavy cream or whipping cream

1. Puree peaches. Should yield about 5 1/2 cups.
2. In a small or medium pot, mix water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Take off heat and cool to room temperature.
3. Combine cooled syraup with peaches, schnapps, and cream.
4. Pour into ice cream freezer and follow manufacturer's directions.
