1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cream together the butter and sugar. To the creamed Butter and sugar add in the milk and egg.
3. In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet while continually mixing.
4. To the batter fold in the blueberries.
5. Fill muffin tins approximately 2/3 full and bake for 25min or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of a muffin. |
