6 apples, pealed and
sliced
2/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
2/3 c oatmeal
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T sesame seeds (optional)
1 c chopped nuts (optional)
1/3 c melted butter

Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9-inch-square baking dish (you can use nonstick cooking spray in place of buttering the dish)
Place apples in dish.
Mix together dry ingredients. Add melted butter and stir. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is browned. |
